Moving into the digital age, we now have the ability to transcribe from a myriad of media including:
We accept all digital and analog formats. We highly recommend digital audio or standard audio cassettes as the quality of recording is much higher however the same attention to detail is given to all projects that come our way. We can receive projects via audio files or dvds, cds, and even VHS.
Your transcript will come back to you in MSWord format, unless you specify another format that you would like it in. We email the transcript to you within hours of completion. If there is a style of transcript that you prefer for your needs, by emailing us a sample of the format, we will do our best to replicate it for you.

What are our rates?
--Rates are a very competitive $60 per hour of video or audio recording, with a minimum charge of $60 per project.
--Turnaround time on most projects is within 48 hours unless special arrangements are made and required. There is a rush fee on projects requiring less than a 48-hour turnaround.
--Transcripts are typed verbatim unless otherwise instructed.
--Time code notations will add $25 per hour of recorded video.
Electronic delivery of transcript via email. Hardcopy available at additional fee.
Format of media accepted:
Deliver your video to us via tape, dvd, cd, or a multitude of audio and/or video file types electronically including .wav, .mp3 and quicktime video files.
